Return Policy
- All Maricci jewellery is handcrafted by artisans using various simple and complicated techniques which may not be exactly replicated to represent the image shown on the website. There might be slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product depending on factors beyond our control.
- The product can be returned within 7 days along with the original certificates after deduction towards processing charges, making charges & taxes.
- Maricci will charge a nominal shipping charge of 2% of the product value or the actual shipping cost whichever is lower.
- Returning the certificate is mandatory, loss of certificate would result in a deduction of Rs 2000/- or Rs 800 per carat whichever is higher. towards the cost of certification
- Maricci shall not accept any jewellery which shows any type of alteration done by any third party jeweller, further all benefits towards the product will be nullified.
- Return policy is not applicable on products that have been engraved, personalised or customised.
- Pre-packaging picture will be compared with returned product & If the product or the packaging is tampered with, the return will be covered under Buyback Policy.
- Maricci reserves the right to correct the valuation of the product based on its quality inspection.
