Will I see a design preview?
Yes. We share a CAD render before final production for your approval.
Is customised jewellery returnable?
Customised pieces are made-to-order and are not eligible for return. However, we do offer resizing and minor adjustments.
How long does it take to create custom jewellery?
Typically 10–21 days, depending on design complexity and material selection.
